About Me

My name is Andy Croel and I am the pastor of Carson City United Methodist Church in Carson City, Michigan.  I have been a pastor since 2005.  I have my MDiv from Asbury Theological Seminary, which was a great place to learn.  I am married to Anne and we have two children which is challenging, scary, exciting, and awesome.

I am Wesleyan-Arminian in theology.  John Wesley did some amazing things and that I why I find myself in the United Methodist Church.  My favorite theologians are David Bentley Hart (an Orthodox theologian) and N.T. Wright (an Anglican Bishop).

My heart is to be in the midst of something exciting that God is doing in the world today, as well as to be the best father and husband that I can for my family.
