Today’s scripture reading comes from Jeremiah 1:4-10 and it is the story of Jeremiah being called to be a Prophet of the Lord. In this calling we see that God intimately knows Jeremiah – and while this scripture is specifically about Jeremiah, we see that in scripture we have a God who knows us.
