This is the fourth Sunday of Lent and the message is from John 3:14-21 and in this message I focus especially on John 3:14-15 where Jesus says he will be lifted up, just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert. What do we do with the Old Testament story (in Numbers) Jesus is referring to? How does that affect how we understand this section of John?
